Nature awaits in beautiful Western Bay. Stroll to the sandy beach for sunbathing, beachcombing, or ocean play. Or to The Overfalls, a natural swimming pool and waterfall. Visit cows, sheep and goats in the neighbouring meadows. Hike the boardwalk to the lighthouse. Located 20 minutes north of Carbonear on Highway 70, the traditional biscuitbox house has 2 large bedrooms with double beds, living room, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom. Comfort and privacy, owners are nearby if needed.

Outside you can enjoy the comfort of a six- person hot tub, a koi pond, and berry picking in the summer and fall. The covered patio allows for all season use. "The Studio" is quite possibly the most perfectly situated home in all of Flatrock! Overlooking Flatrock harbour, this home is simply perfect, with floor to ceiling windows and unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. This is the perfect location for the "Nature Seeker", looking for a quite retreat with breathtaking views, whale watching, hiking and so much more! Flatrock is a beautiful town, very authentic Newfoundland just 15 minutes to Downtown, St. John's.
