Charming & Whimsical Historic River Home

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

The Nautical Perch

The Nautical Perch is a peaceful waterfront retreat providing a Birds-eye view of the meadows and spectacular front seat to endless breath taking sunsets. The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Welcome to our waterfront beach house—no extra fees & brand-new AC units in every bedroom and living spaces. 2 minutes to the bay & 5 miles to LBI. family-friendly neighborhood known for its views, cleanliness, & comfort. Walk paths near, bay beach 2 mi away, & a plaza 1 mi away w/bagels, pizza, a market, & an urgent care. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!

Waterfront Lagoon Home, Beach Haven West, LBI

Single-family beach house with 60 foot on water with dock for your 30 foot boat and two floating docks for your JetSki‘s. Ideal for two families up to 8 people overnight. First floor has 27‘ x 29‘ game room with ping-pong table, darts and 55 inch TV. Second floor features an open floor plan between fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms with Queen bed, bunk beds , Two single beds, one bathroom and laundry room.

Beach Haven West House w/Pool

Experience our stylish beach house on the bay in desirable East Point Beach Haven West. New pool w/ large patio, plenty of seating and large outdoor shower. Close to beaches and everything LBI has to offer. With 4 spacious bedrooms and an open floor plan our home is a perfect family vacation space. House has 2.5 baths, fully stocked kitchen and dining room that offers seating for 10. Large deck with additional dining table and seating for 8. Wifi , 75" TV and New Grill
