The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.

Vila MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

Living in nature, total privacy, diving into the silence of the lake, breakfast on the romantic terrace, canoeing, family sauna with real birchwood, fishing, mushroom picking, a writer's office outside - a cozy rural setting with a bohemian flavor. There are several cognitive trails nearby for hikers.

This House was completely remodeled in 2023, everything new and it smells new :) 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 plus 1/2 half bath and fully updated kitchen. Close walk to Center of town just across Neris river and close to Amazing Vilnius Old Town, 20 minutes walk. Easy parking on the street. Parking is paid during business hours in a “Green Zone” on Vytauto street, at a minimal hourly rate and free between 18:00-6:00 and Weekends. 5-10 min walk to IKI or Maxima for groceries.
