Onze vakantiewoning is gelegen in Geistingen, op een boogscheut van de Nederlandse grens, waar het rustig vertoeven is voor jong en oud, met tal van mogelijkheden in de buurt. Zo kan je in de directe omgeving genieten van enkele toeristische trekpleisters, zoals het dagstrand "De Steenberg", jachthaven "De Spaanjerd", het Bastion en de maasplassen. Ook het witte stadje Thorn of Maaseik zijn een bezoekje waard.

Het huis ligt op loop afstand van hartje Sittard waar aan de Markt allerlei gastronomische eettenten en bistro's met gezellige terrasjes te vinden zijn. Loopt u het Pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. Wielerwedstrijden bijwonen in het Du Moulin park/uitrusten na een enerverende Kennedy mars deelname.

West 26 ligt in een klein dorpje van ca 125 inwoners aan een doodlopende weg waar rust meer de regel is dan uitzondering. De accommodatie (ca160m2) bestaat uit 5 slaapkamers met ieder hun eigen badkamers. Elke slaapkamer is uitgerust met een smart TV. Omdat we samen zijn en gezelligheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan, is er GEEN TV aanwezig in de woonkamer. De keuken is van vele gemakken voorzien. De tuin (ca 350m2) is vrij toegankelijk

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
