Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. The seasonal Mevagissey - Fowey ferry (www.Mevagissey-ferries.co.uk) provides a fun and practical alternative to the busy holiday traffic and parking. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. The Old Dairy, “a unique, romantic retreat”

The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Heartsease Cottage holiday lodge is set in the grounds of Carnmoggas Holiday Park at Little Polgooth near the south coast of Cornwall. We are a dog-friendly holiday destination. This is a modern lodge which is very well-appointed and comfortable, with a large outside decking area and full use of all the facilities on site including laundry facilities, a bar, pool and games room. This unique, stylish and modern bungalow occupies a rare position adjacent to the inner harbour which can be glimpsed through its courtyard entrance. You can easily walk on the level to all the local shops, restaurants, cafes and harbour without having to struggle up steep inclines. It is positioned in the main centre of activity for Mevagissey but nonetheless occupies a tranquil and peaceful spot in the courtyard. An additional benefit is the parking spot directly outside the bungalow.

Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

The Hayloft is a cosy converted stone barn, ideally suitable for 2-4 guests. The property is centrally heated and fully equipped for use all year round. Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.
