Op 6 minuten lopen is mooi en rustig, historisch Delfshaven. Leuk om te eten en drinken. Looproutes naar centrum kan ik aanbevelen en goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Mijn appartement is, gerenoveerd, vintage ingericht met uitzicht op het Schie-kanaal. Indeling: woonkamer, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met zeer goed twee persoons- (M-line matras) bed, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, badkamer/toilet televisie en een balkon.

Toe aan een sfeervolle zonnige plek in de mooiste wijk van Rotterdam? In deze gezellige studio met eigen balkon en een nette badkamer ben je van harte welkom! Er staat een wijntje voor je klaar en er is koffie en thee aanwezig. Het Lage Bergse Bos en de tramhalte zijn op 5 minuten loopafstand. Ook zijn er genoeg gezellige winkelstraten in de omgeving. De woning is voorzien van airconditioning en bij aankomst is je bed al opgemaakt. Keuken- en badlinnen zijn aanwezig.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. In short, a great holiday home in this corona period. You are more than welcome.

Prachtig appartement op de tweede verdieping (zolderverdieping) van een monumentaal grachtenpand in het centrum van Delft, rustig gelegen tegenover de rondvaart boten. Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.
