Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Come and enjoy a getaway at the beautifully decorated home with a game/bar room basement. Gather together or space out in the large home with two living spaces and wet bar. Situated a 1/2 mile walk from Lake Junaluska itself, enjoy the beautiful mountain views from two decks, peaks of the Lake Junaluska Golf Course and all the amentiies the community has to offer. Amenities of the lake include mini golf, fishing, kayaking and more.

Across the road you will find a working Alpaca Farm. The amenities and cheerful decor make it effortless to spend the day relaxing and savoring the tranquility this property offers.

The Marshall House a vintage craftsman home

Come enjoy the Marshall House. This cozy bungalow offers a sun filled sitting room which makes for a perfect family gathering. It also has an additional living room space and a sun room for your morning coffee. The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 updated baths with walk in showers. There is a patio and a firepit in a shared courtyard area and quite front porch. The home is a half mile from downtown Waynesville in a quiet neighborhood.

The Farm House

Spring is here and the flowers are blooming at The Farm House! This barn has been converted to a delightful, cozy farm house where guest come not only for the stay but also for the experience! It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.

Secluded Cottage on the Farm-close to Parkway

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
