Heated salt water pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, bars, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios, gyms, pickleball, veggie market & grocery stores.

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. There is an electric coffee maker, large refrigerator and all basic necessities in the kitchen. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day.

Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

It features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen and TV's in every room. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach or 15min walk. There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.

Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ripe, we love to share. El Nido is located in town - walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest. For your safety, there is an exterior security camera at the front entrance/parking space.
