The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on the clearest days it is possible to see Corsica. The house, spacious and sunny, enjoys absolute privacy.

The house (96 m2) is located a few steps away from the main church of the island. It consists of a large kitchen + living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms, both with shower. The bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and in April new triple glazed windows. From this apartment guests can easily stroll around the city, dine in one of the characteristic restaurants of the historic center or take a relaxing stroll along the seafront.
