Cool off in the dipping pool and relax in the tree shaded pool area or on those wet winter days curl up next to the indoor fireplace. Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). There is also a tuk tuk taxi available, please view enclosed information for contact. Please note there is a friendly young rescue dog that roams freely on the property. Located in Stellenbosch, the Winelands guest room at Remhoogte Wine Estate offers stunning mountain views and beautiful animals. Situated 7 km from Stellenbosch University. The guest room, is ideal for a night's stay, features a patio with a private bathroom and a picturesque lake view, providing a cozy overnight experience. With only one room available, accommodating up to 2 guests, it’s the perfect choice for a tranquil stay. Please note, there are no cooking facilities, only a coffee station.

Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Kliprivier Cottage

Kliprivier Cottage is nestled within vineyards and surrounded by the beautiful Stettyn mountains. We are completely off-grid with solar electricity, so it's the perfect escape from the city where one can forget about load shedding and traffic for a while. We are just across the road from Stettyn Family Vineyards tasting room, where award winning wines and cheese platters can be enjoyed. We've got amazing MTB / running trials, as well as a beautiful dam to do some bass fishing and/or birding.

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.
