This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. The Easy A is located in Rocky Point and minutes from Rocky Point Resort, Harriman Springs Resort, and Lake of The Woods. Nearby activities include hiking, kayaking, climbing Mt. Mcloughlin, fishing, Crater Lake Zipline, and Crater Lake National Park is less than an hour away. Visit the best-kept secret in the Southern Cascades in comfort and style.

Located between La Pine and Crescent in a very quiet and private neighborhood. The property sits on one acre and is easily accessible by a paved road. A fire pit is available for use (wood supplied).
