Walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put a small boat or kayak in at the old boat landing one street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so it's not flawless. Simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 35min to beaches).
