Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

My place is close to The St. Lawrence River between Alexandria Bay, NY and Clayton, NY, family oriented activities, wineries, shopping, dining, golfing, a short drive to Canada. You’ll love my place because of the great neighborhood with stunning views of the St. Lawrence River. We call it the collie cottage after our beautiful Collie dog and our love for the breed.
