The apartment is on the seafront of this popular, unspoilt Suffolk resort town situated opposite and above the pier and leisure centre. The accommodation with a balcony off the living room has panoramic views out to sea and along the promenade. Two minutes from the beach, five minutes walk to the town centre. The accommodation is of a high standard, newly refurbished. Modern kitchen and bathroom, comfortable furnishings. Please be aware access is by two flights of stairs, there is no lift.

There are two local pubs in West Hanningfield one of which is within walking distance. The vibrant Chelmsford City Centre is only a 10 minute drive. The cottage entry is via a lock box.

From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
