Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Fabina

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Prelijep stan+besplatan parking u sklopu smještaja

Uživajte u Domu daleko od doma, čistom i udobnom. Plaže Ičići i Ika udaljene 10-ak minuta pješke, kao i trgovine i restorani, povratak uzbrdo - Pogled! Supermarketi udaljeni 5 min. automobilom, kao i plaža Peharovo (besplatni parking) te mnoge druge plaže. Stan je odlična baza za obilaženje Opatijske rivijere pješke uz more -Lungomare. Apartman se nalazi na Kantridi u blizini poznatog nogometnog stadiona, na pola puta između centra Rijeke i Opatije, u blizini restorana, kafića, pekare, trgovačkog centara Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na cijeli riječki zaljev i otoke. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. Opremljen je klima uređajem, te brzim internetom, TV-om....

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
