The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

There is an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, oven and small electrical appliances. The house is suitable for three persons with potentiality for one more guest in the double bedroom. The peaceful location of the house makes it an ideal choice for couples and families.
