Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. The Blue Bungalow- Central Park Circle

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
