Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

There is a pretty private patio for outdoor dining. Whitstable and Canterbury are close by and easily reached by car or bus. Some people like to walk or cycle along the coastal path. It is very quiet and guests say they sleep really well! A very friendly, well behaved dog lives in the main house.
