Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.

A solo 15 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad, nuestra casa ofrece comodidad y conveniencia. Con supermercados y parques cercanos, y acceso rápido a la autopista, la ubicación es ideal. Completely renovated studio located at 5 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, the tram and the metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is fully equipped and located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
