Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

NOW WITH A HOT TUB!! Fully- private master bedroom suite available in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Northampton! Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Enjoy a comfortable experience at our centrally-located guest suite. Short walk to restaurants and pub. You will have private entry, full bath, separate queen bedroom, and screened in patio. Our airbnb is located close to Amherst Center, a short drive to all the 5 colleges, hiking trails, shopping, markets, and restaurants. Our airbnb is in a separate secure wing of our home, and within a family oriented neighborhood.

Tuck yourself into a mature oak forest on the field’s edge of our flower farm, Tapalou Guilds. All-weather canvas tent is pitched with a comfy king mattress inside. Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

Forest Hideaway—Light, Privacy, Washer/Dryer

Wake up among 100-year-old trees, then drive 10-12 minutes into Amherst. Or hike out the door toward wooded trails. The apartment sits with our house on 5 acres of mature forest, high on a hill and facing the woods. With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is both peaceful and practical, great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, ideal for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking. During your stay you can enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, laundry essentials, books, board games and other activities. Your hosts live directly next door to the property and available to help at any time. You will be staying next to a working farm, where there are trucks and machines working daily.

Beautiful private camper with outdoor deck on the water. All the creature comforts but half the price. Very private yet 15 minutes to Northampton or Easthampton. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.
