We are on the tubing hill with the ability to ski right to the unit (snow permitting!) after crossing the street from the resort! Under 10 minutes from climbing at the Rumney Rocks, and 30 minutes to Franconia Notch and the Lincoln Ice Castles. Close to Loon, Waterville Valley, and Cannon. Downtown Plymouth is about 10 minutes away.
