Welkom in ons lichte en sfeervolle huis in Rotterdam, vlakbij de natuur én de stad. Deze gezellige hoekwoning met zonnige tuin ligt aan het groene recreatiegebied Zevenhuizerplas. Hier kun je oa wandelen, zwemmen, waterskiën. De metro is 5 minuten lopen, waarmee je in 20 minuten in hartje Rotterdam bent. Tijdens je verblijf is onze lieve kat Femmetje je tijdelijke huisgenoot. Ze komt en gaat via haar kattenluikje en het enige wat ze nodig heeft is wat eten, drinken en en beetje aandacht nodig.

Vous pouvez faire des promenades matinales relaxantes le long de la côte et déguster des bons repas dans le centre ou sur la plage. Cet endroit en Hollande méridionale est situé entre la Zélande tranquille et la ville animée de Rotterdam, Delft, Gouda, vous avez donc tout à portée de main. Des vélos sont disponibles pour explorer la région.

We live here as a family of 4 and love sharing our home whenever we're away. Our house is 200 m² and spread over three floors. It includes: - 4 bedrooms (up to 8 adults + 2 children <4 yrs) - A spacious living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, 2 toilets - A lush garden with sunbeds, dining table and hammock. Perfect for families: we provide a travel crib, toys and children's tableware. Located in a quiet, green, and family-friendly neighborhood, 10-minute walk from the city center.

Our family home is situated close to everything you need in Rotterdam. The city center, the beach and stores are all within 30 minutes of our house in a very quiet neigberhood Our open living room will feel like you are sitting in the garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need to create a real chef's diner is available. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms. Linnen and towels are not provided by us. But we can arrange them for you this will cost extra.

About our house: we tried to bring nature closer in combination with a twist of the industrial that really suits this city and of course a topping of design just because we love the beauty of it. Located close to Erasmusbridge, The Fenix food factory, The Markthal and Ahoy. Public transport closeby. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice warm bath in our bathroom.

Tijdens uw verblijf beschikt u over de gehele bovenverdieping met een authentieke slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en een gastenkamer met relaxbank, eettafel/werkplek. Uw overnachting is inclusief een overheerlijk ontbijt! Er is een gedeelde opgang.

Charming spacious family house with lots of light and space, located in a quiet street just a few minutes’ walk from the historical city center (950m), TU Delft (700m) and ‘Royal Delft’ (240m). This modernized 100 year old house has got a nice spacious garden, a wood stove and a sauna. It is particularly suitable for families with (little) children.

Bel-Etage in the city Center

In a building from 1888 the bel-etage is the floor above a raised basement. It's in the most lively part of the city with a great variety of shops and restaurants out the front door and a green oasis with a balcony at the back. The metro station at just 150m from the front door takes you straight to the beach at Hoek van Holland.
