This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Våra lägenheter ligger i majestätiska Karlatornet på Lindholmen i Göteborg. Denna lägenhet har 1 sovrum och 1 badrum, med en öppen planlösning mellan kök och vardagsrum. Den är nybyggd och fullt möblerad med en bekväm king size-säng, en 3-sits soffa, ett skrivbord och ett köksbord med plats för 4, samt en klädkammare. Badrummet har en generös duschplats samt tvättmaskin. Köket är utrustat med helt nya vitvaror och husgeråd för din bekvämlighet.

Lindskogstorpet

Totalrenoverad stuga i 1700-tals stil (2024). Torpet har figurerat i tidskrifter och har hög mysfaktor. Ett givet boende för den byggnadsvårdsintresserade. 400 meter till mysig och stilla badstrand med brygga i Lensjön. 20 minuter bilväg till Göteborg och 15 minuter till Alingsås. Matbutik och restauranger finns nära till hands nere i Floda. Superbra svampskog i intilliggande skog. 50% av det vi tjänar på vårt Airbnb ger vi till välgörenhet.

Nyrenoverad, fullt möblerad lägenhet om 60 kvm fördelat på två rum och kök. Lägenheten ligger i en villa från sekelskiftet, belägen i ett lugnt, naturskönt område på återvändsgata vid Nya Varvet. Nya Varvet är ett lugnt, havsnära område som ligger 10 minuter från Göteborg city. Busshållplats finns 200 meter från huset och med bussen tar det 10 minuter in till Järntorget
