The Lodge at Georgetown is a sophisticated, newly remodeled property nestled against the Georgetown mountainside. The property features a spacious kitchen, a living room with a bar for entertaining, a beautiful gas fireplace and views galore. The Main House has 2 bedrooms (each a king bed) and a loft with 2 twin beds. The adjacent Carriage House has a king bed, a kitchenette, ¾ bath & washer/dryer. You’ll enjoy the exterior courtyard which features a gas fire pit, grill and hot tub!

Christmas Is On Sale!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. Sleeping for up to 8. During the summer months, the owner may stay from time to time, in a separate adjacent apartment, renovating the garage interior.
