Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Het huis is mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een spectaculaire tuin kompleet aan het water. Op het terras een grote lounge set een heerlijke bbq plaats een sauna & Hottub. Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad en tennisbanen maken uw vakantie kompleet. 20 min van Amsterdam Honden zijn uiteraard welkom. Je kunt zelfs vissen!!

Het luxe en stijlvolle verblijf ligt aan de Berkel in de historische Hanzestad Zutphen. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis om het hele jaar Zutphen en omgeving te verkennen. Het is slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de stad. Zutphen is een mooie stad met veel historische gebouwen met leuke winkels, musea en veel restaurants. Er zijn verschillende wandel/fiets routes. Zo kunt u het IJssel/ Berkel gebied, de bossen of Veluwe verkennen. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je zo op een sup of in een kano.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Dit kunt u huren op het park bij nummer 25-6. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Onze vakantiewoning is geschikt voor stellen en gezinnen (met kinderen).Het is een mooi landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis met veel mooie wandel, fiets en vis gelegenheden. Een plek om lekker tot rust te komen en te genieten van het buitenleven. Neem ook eens een kijkje op onze website (URL HIDDEN) of op de faceboek pagina. 10 autominuten van Deventer waar jaarlijks in December het Dickens festijn is en in de zomer Deventer op stelten allebei zeker de moeite waard.

Uitermate geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor diverse natuurlijke of sportieve uitstapjes, of als uw 'thuis weg van huis' wanneer u tijdelijk een 2e onderkomen nodig heeft. Buiten is een bescheiden terras met uitzicht op een oude, onbewoonde pastorie. Heerlijk rustig!
