In de binnenstad van Hanzestad Zwolle staat dit historische, kleine herenhuis , waar je beschikt over een volledig eigen ruimte met keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Flat Klein Waldeck is a well-kept and modern flat for up to 2 persons. It is an independent unit and fully equipped! Therefore ideal if you are looking for a B&B, but without breakfast. The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom. Characteristic apartment in mansion with authentic elements, 7 minutes walk from the center and 5 minutes from the station. Apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, private shower and toilet ,kitchen with among other things, a combi oven, nesspresso machine and dishwasher but no stove. You can also use the adjacent garden with terrace.
