Lakeside Apartment with Spectacular Views

Our apartment is set within a traditional wooden chalet block on the edge of Lac Vonnes. It offers picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. The ski lifts are located immediately behind the apartment, quickly connecting you to the Portes du Soleil ski circuit. The centre of the village is easily reached by shuttle bus in the Winter months or a 10 minute walk. We renovated the apartment in the Summer of 2018 and it now benefits from a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Chalet en bois, 3 chambres, les pieds dans l’eau en pleine nature, à 10 min d'Evian. Accès direct et privatif au lac Léman, quai et ponton dans le jardin. Vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur le lac et les Alpes. Aucun voisinage ni vis-à-vis. Grande pièce de vie de 40 mètres carrés. 20min de Thollon-les-Mémises/Bernex. 30km des Portes du Soleil. Le chalet n’est pas raccordé à l’eau courante, l’eau est filtrée mais non potable. Des bouteilles d’eau minérale sont à disposition.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.
