In de zon op het terras hoor je het ruisen van de golven. De zee, die is altijd dichtbij. Om langs te wandelen; gewoon een lekker rondje, door de duinen weer terug. Of trek je je hardloopschoenen aan, misschien wel voor de Kustmarathon? Op warme dagen een frisse duik, lange dagen spelen in het zand. De zee trekt, het hele jaar door.

Onze kleinschalige boerderij is gelegen dírect onderaan de duinen, op korte loopafstand van strand, omringd door natuurgebied ‘Noordervroon’ en op korte fietsafstand van bruisend Domburg (3km) en pittoresk Westkapelle (3 km). Verspreid over het prachtige erf van de oude boerderij, gebouwd in 1870, bevinden zich in totaal 4 sfeervolle vakantiehuisjes, het is hier alsof de tijd even heeft stil gestaan!

Our cozy and nicely furnished house is the perfect base for those who love the sea and beach, but also like to visit Middelburg and Vlissingen. 'Casa Koudekerke' offers a holiday house (in backyard) and 2 rooms, just 2 km. from the coast. The cottage has a 'box bed', loft (with extra bed), private bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, terrace and a hot tub: perfect for people who like privacy & tranquility. EXTRA: tourist tax: €2,- pp/pn. + €15 extra for 3rd & 4th person per night. Hottub €40 extra!

Voor mijn artistieke oude woning op het platteland zoek ik warme liefdevolle rustige mensen die in mijn huis willen zijn, wanneer ik op reis ben. 10min van bos, strand en stad, woonkamer, keuken met openhaard, elektrische kookplaat, ruime groene tuin, vuurplaats, 3kippen, koude buitendouche, 1tweepersoonsbed/futon, schone maar oude badkamer. Er wordt nog geklust in het huis. Kinderen vanaf 12 jaar zijn welkom. Please only make a reservation when you can respect the stilness around you.

New build (2022) wooden house in recreational area. The modern house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs with toilet, double sink and shower. Downstairs is another toilet. There is a modern kitchen, to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. The living/dining area is one area, which is decorated in pastel colors and cozy materials to make you feel at home. The nice outside terrace, is really an extention off the home on hot or cold days/evenings.

Lovely tiny classic wooden Bungalow in walking distance off beach and forrest, 2 km from City Centrum. Perfect for 2/3 persons. Or 2 adults and 2 kids. There are 2 bed rooms, one with 1 double boxspring bed 160x200cm, the other one with bunk bed.(2x90x200cm) The bathroom is decorated with shower and sink. toilet is separate. All rooms are in ground Floor. The garden is private and has a parking place. In the shelter you can find 2 bicycles and a BBQ which can be used free of charge.

In dit mooie chalet (34 m2) voel je je meteen thuis. Het heeft een ruime zithoek, keukenblokje (alleen koud water) en slaapgedeelte met openslaande deuren naar het prive terras. De badkamer is een aanbouw aan mn woonhuis, maar is prive voor tuinhuis gasten. Het chalet ligt in een mooie, grote tuin, deze wordt gedeeld met het woonhuis. Het ligt in een rustige groene wijk, met prive entree en plek voor fietsen in de carport. Parkeren is gratis en kan meestal v d deur.
