The house goes from 200 to 110€ because the future wooden floor of the living room is stored on the ground in the dining room. The living room, the dining room, the kitchen form a single "L" shaped room. So you will see the stored wood.

Le centre-ville est facilement accessible par la ligne de métro 1.
