Built in 2017. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to historic downtown Flagstaff and 2 blocks to Thorpe park with hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.
