Gorgeous, self contained one room Studio, separate from main house. Very central location, minutes walk to beach and Busselton Jetty. Cafes, bars and supermarkets all walking distance. Separate guest entry, private car parking. Sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small children. Toddler bed and portacot available on request prior to arrival. A perfect base for tourists of Busselton and Margaret River Region or participants in local Sport or Arts Events. Self check in.

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

St Clair Studio-between town & beach getaway

Enjoy your self contained studio to all to yourselves, located on a beautiful peaceful 2.5 acres on the edge of town, a special authentic Margaret River holiday, nature walks from your front door step & not far by car to beaches or town with a generous 11am checkout. This big, bright, private space in a separate area of the main house, has a new separate entry. The suite contains one queen bedroom, a big bathroom, a large living room with dining table, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!

Olive Cottage is the larger of our 2 cottages situated on our small cattle farm. It has beautiful rural views overlooking pastures and lake. We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops
