La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

A quiet farm in KRAS region-IDizRNO: 104083

My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.
