The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

This beach bungalow sits perched on a dune with distant ocean views. The large deck has a sunken sitting area and a new sunroom. A two-minute walk brings you to a giant sand dune that kids will love to play on. The beach is just beyond the dunes. The house is intimate and cozy, with one bedroom and a queen day bed, and is great for couples and families with kids. Nearby activities include kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, wine-tasting, fine-dining, and exploring the beach and dunes.
