This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). A comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with separate toilet. Free WiFi, mini-bar, coffee and tea.

Our house is located at Amsterdam IJburg, a new area of Amsterdam famous for its modern architecture. The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

A'dam Good Story! On the 2nd and 3rd floor of my home I created an affordable place to stay. Comfortable and clean for friends & families. What you see is what you get. I live in a quiet, residential neighbourhood and perfect for like minded people. The metro to the city runs until around 00:15, not ideal for nightcrawlers. Green Oasis at sailing barge "the Rederijker"

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

Nice family home with indoor parking space and play ground in front of the house. Near Arena stadion and therefor easy to reach Amsterdam centrum within 15 minutes by metro-bus-train. Station Bijlmer is near (5 minutes by bus) from this station you can reach Schiphol Airport in 15 minutes by train. Perfect for a family with children. A family as guests is our preference.
