Perched at the crest of a 12 acre pasture, enjoy both local and long range views of the Presidential Range. Trails lead you in various directions throughout the woods. The Cabin is a place to breathe deep, enjoy nature, and simply get away from it all!

Quiet Country setting. Nestled in the North County woods with dirt roads for biking and walking. Close proximity to VAST & Biking trails. Newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Spacious, brand-new kitchen with custom cabinets and granite countertops. Dining area, homey living room with multiple windows for observing the natural wildlife and surrounding woods. Cozy nocks for reading and a full bookcase of books, puzzles and games. New washer and dryer stocked with laundry essentials.

Hillside Getaway Cabin with Views

Nestled in the NEK, our cabin provides a quintessential Vermont experience. With magical views, two decks, a patio, a fire table plus rustic fire pit, you will never want to leave! Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home."

Peaceful Log Cabin in the Woods

This log cabin is set in the woods in a rural part of northeastern Vermont. Escape the hustle and bustle, clear your mind, and enjoy nature. A great place to get some fresh air or to stay in and take a nap. Beautiful summers for easy hikes and refreshing swims in the lakes of our local Groton State Forest, unbelievable foliage to view from small dirt roads, and tons of outdoor winter activities. Great for a couples getaway, friends weekend, or some quality time with the family.

Sherburne Suite

Relax in comfort in Vermont's beautiful North East Kingdom with our indoor suite, a private patio area and a fire pit. You will have close access to outdoor activities at Burke Mountain and Kingdom Trails. We are right across the street from the VAST trail system, boasting more than 100 miles of snow machine trails in Lyndonville alone! For your first day/night, we will provide snacks and farm fresh eggs. Mountain / Gravel Bike instruction/guiding Is available!

Meadow Woods Cabin, private, cozy and unconnected

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your rocking chair on the cabin's wonderful porch. There is a large, well equipped kitchen, open space floor plan, new shower unit and plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Easy access to VAST snowmobile trails, within an hour's drive to 3 ski areas (Stowe, Smuggler's Notch and Jay Peak), X-Country skiing right outside the door or in Craftsbury or Stowe. Elmore State Park is 3 miles away. Hiking trails and kayaking abound!

Maple Acres cabin

Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.

The Caterpillar House: Tiny w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Curtis Vance Memorial Orchard

This magical Lodge is on 100 acres of farmland with an amazing view of the White Mountains of NH and multiple amenities. It is operated on solar power with a backup generator. We don't live at this property, it is entirely yours during your visit. A secluded retreat minutes away from modern amenities! NEW FOR 2021: Upgraded Solar, generator, heating, kitchen and windows. NOTE- Our Lodge is closed from Dec. 1 to May 1.
