No kitchen but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, milk, butter & homemade bread are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Only 8 kms from Goomalling but it feels like 100kms from anywhere. This 2 bedroom cottage located on 250 acres and fully self contained (porta cot also available). Ample parking, no neighbours (the owners live on the property 150 metres to the west). Plenty of room to explore, amazing sunsets, and the only sounds are the birds. A lovely deck to view the open landscape. A perfect location to explore the surrounding countryside.

Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins York is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom stand alone cottage, set up to make you feel right at home with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a continental breakfast. The house has big yards which are currently getting a makeover, but are enclosed ready to host your 4 legged companions. I can accommodate small children & babies with a portacot, highchair and stroller if required. A cupboard full of games, books & children's toys to keep the whole family entertained!

Self contained unit attached to main house with own entry and private garden. Queen size bed in main room with small room adjoining with single bed and tea and coffee making facilities,fridge,microwave,toaster. NO kitchen. En-suite toilet, shower and wash basin, adjoins little room. Original art works by Caroline Colman and Mac Betts. Sit outside and enjoy the views of the hills and our beautiful WA birds (magpies, galahs,parrots,wattlebirds,wrens, honey eaters etc)
