In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

It boasts a shaded 'al fresco' area at the rear, a sun drenched garden in the front, and the river flowing at the bottom of the garden.

Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, large garden and swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is open from May 5th, closes in October. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. Casa nel bosco is a small, cute cottage in a chestnut grove on a mule track connecting the villages of Chiozza and Castiglione di Garfagnana. The closest parking space is 300 metres from the house. Ideal for up to three people, complete with kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms, the cottage is ideal for those wishing to escape the hussle and bustle of city life. Casa nel bosco is located next to a chestnut flour farm and small campsite, you are welcome to visit and taste our chestnut pancakes.

On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
