Big front yard and a patio off to the side of the home. The front yard has a fire pit and lots of space for the yard games that we include and the patio has an outdoor dining area with a grill. Multiple Wedding venues are located close by. In the winter, we are near Boyne Mountain, Shanty Creek, and Schuss Mountain, with many more ski hills not far away. Snowmobile trails nearby will go all over Northern Michigan and even into the Upper Peninsula. Truly a year around recreation playground.
