(The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes) Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out. Join the practice and experience the rejuvenating power of yoga! The local guide will tell you interesting stories about the places we pass and about Bangkok in general. The tour starts with a trip on the Chao Phraya Express Boat to Wat Arun. After that we cross the river and continue by tuk-tuk. Guests get a simple street-food meal at the last stop in Chinatown. We recommend guests to eat something before start of the tour. This tour ends on Yaowarat Road in Chinatown. After the tour your host can assist with a taxi back to your hotel, or you can take the MRT (metro).
