Our cozy little cottage accommodates four people or a couple. Light & bright. One bathroom/shower only. Kitchenette has microwave, a full sized oven ,refrigerator ,Keruig coffee pot. A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland.

King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, 70 inch tv, hiking on 40 acres across the street, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, but we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.

The large stone fireplace will give you a time for snuggle in and feel the warmth. The Queen size bed has 2 windows facing the spectral views of the Ozark hills. The kitchen has the availability to use plenty of utensils to master your meals.The bathroom does have a jetted spa tub to soak in while giving you the option for a shower. Very private wooded views.

Perched on a hillside, Hazel's Place is easy to find--it's the first house on the right as you enter the downtown historic district and approximately 1/4 mile from entertainment district. Charming, quaint, comfy, clean and FRESHLY updated /decorated.. If you're looking for a downtown location with lots of free parking ( even 30 Amp RV plug on outside of home) and a quick walk to galleries, restaurants and shops, this is it.
