This home has ample undercover parking and is just a short hop to Tonkin Hwy which will take you to Perth CBD in under 30 minutes.

We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.
