Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.
