A beautiful, Grade II-listed stone cottage in one of Snowdonia’s loveliest valleys. Our 18th century cottage is nestled beneath low hills in Cwm Pennant, a quiet, beautiful valley in the heart of Eryri National Park. Sitting off the road, our only neighbours are sheep and cows - an ancient church across a river is the only building in sight. The cottage is as cosy and comfortable on the inside as it is historic and beautiful on the outside - perfect whatever the season.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. This cosy one bedroom cabin , handcrafted from Welsh larch, is nestled in a peaceful and quiet location on the edge of Newborough forest. A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.
