Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

We are on 5 acres just 3 mins from donnybrook and 30 mins from bunbury. Each cottages has 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and fold out futon lounge fully self contained with bbq on each verandah. come hand feed our beautiful farm animals. Feeding on request. and we are right on the munda biddi trail.
