Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Manor House at Botelet Farm

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

The Barn, Dobwalls, Liskeard

The Barn is a detached converted farm building situated within the village of Dobwalls. Consisting of an open plan living, dining and kitchen space downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. We are centrally placed for visits to Looe, polperro, lostwithiel, Bodmin moor and the Eden project. A perfect location for beach days, moorland walks and sight seeing!

Foxglove cottage is a 3 bed farmhouse dated 1857. It has been restored keeping the original beams and other rustic features, whilst having all the modern home comforts. It has a very homely feel. It is nestled within the Glynn Valley which is between Bodmin and Liskeard in a very central location for exploring Cornwall. Centrally located for easy access to both coasts. The property is available for bookings from 3 days minimum.
