Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Si tratta di un' antica costruzione risalente alla fine del 1.800, completamente ristrutturata in ogni sua parte, rispettando la struttura dell'epoca, appena ultimata. La camera da letto, con travi a vista e' molto suggestiva, ha un balcone che permette una vista spettacolare sulla pianura da un lato e le colline dall'altra. Nel soggiorno e' rimasto il camino a legna dell'epoca e nella attigua legnaia si trovano i legni da ardere.

The house, located in the small town of Donelasco, is well positioned and close to tourist and cultural points of interest, as well as the Maugeri Institute in Montascano. Pavia is less than 40 minutes away by car, Piacenza 40, Milan and Alessandria about an hour.
