On the edge of the forest you will find our B & B. It is less than 30 minutes by bike (10 minutes by car) from Utrecht. By Public transport or car you are within half an hour in Amsterdam. Facilities: - private bathroom with shower/toilet - 2 person boxspring - flat screen TV&WiFi - fridge, coffee/tea - 2 bikes to borrow Optional (€ 12,50 p.p.p.n.): Breakfast (mainly local products), served at the table in the guest house or on one of the terraces. Our guest house is pet-free and non-smoking.

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. The house is located in a green neighbourhood, 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking,. Towels are present. The house is non smoking.

In our annex we have a 2-person accomodation. It has its own living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Both accomodations have acces to their own terrace and to our garden. Our garden is located in the green surroundings of the Maxima Park. The bustling cosiness of Utrecht can be reached in 10 minutes. Although our accommodation is still called 'Bed and Breakfast', the accomodations are self-catered and breakfast is not included in the service.

This beautiful 14th century wharf cellar (110 m2) is located on the Oudegracht, in the heart of Utrecht. Although the location is underground, this quiet basement has plenty of daylight. You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available. The studio is located on the top floor of a modern family home (shared entrance) in the Dichterswijk Utrecht. It's a beautiful, pretty quiet neighborhood close to the Central Station, downtown and the Jaarbeurs. The space contains a private bathroom/kitchen unit with lots of sunlight and access to the roof terrace. Furthermore, a large room of approximately 20 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe, table and lazy chair.
