It has a built-in twin bed and a loveseat that converts into a twin bed. True tiny space of 144 sq ft. Full bath/closet. Suggestion: if 2 are staying here make sure you like each other A LOT. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
