WATERFRONT HOME! Come escape to this home on the lake. Get ready to kyak, waterski, swim, fish or just relax on the large new deck & watch the sunsets. This Crate & Barrel-esque styled Cape has room to entertain & sleep plenty of guests. Sit, relax & listen to the loons. Sonos speaker system throughout the home and outside. 2 kyaks & a pedal boat for guest use. Boat launch is next door. Hannaford Grocery store & Walgreens is 1 mile away. Enjoy the Fire pit & fire up the grill.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

During the warmer months, explore the lake in our 2 kayaks or launch your own boat from the public ramp neaby. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit while watching the sunset. Plus, a supermarket, ice cream, fried seafood, and pizza are just a short walk away. Your lakeside escape awaits!

We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.
