Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

You will enjoy the entire second floor of the house in privacy- A large bedroom and a smaller one attached to it by a door, a small kitchenette amenities (refrigerator, cooker) , bathroom and living room with total privacy.
